Exterior

Renault Kiger 2021 Exterior

Kiger have the styling from it's concept one which have some resemblance with the Renault Kwid. The car have a dual tone colour since the roof is blacked out from the rest of the car.
At side the car have a SUV coupe style roof line which is quite exciting and there is black cladding across the wheel arches and at the bottom of the door.
At the rear it have C shaped LED taillights and aluminium finished skid plate which gives the car a rugged look but the main attraction from the rear is the wide hip formation which make the car look wider than it actually is. The car offers a 16 inch alloy wheels which gives you a ground clearance of 205mm.

Interior

Inside we have a good looking layered dashboard which is made up of hard plastics. Above the Ac vents we have an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system which supports Apple car play and Android Auto and a 7-inch digital instrument display. Steering mounted controls for infotainment system are also offered in the top end models.
We have twin glove box inside the car which makes it a more practical in terms of space utilisation.
It offers a boot space of 405 litres which can be increased to 879 litres with the rear seats folded.

Performance

It is powered by a naturally aspirated 1litre petrol engine which gives out 72 hp and a 1 litre turbo petrol engine which gives out 100 hp and comes with 3 gearbox options of 5 speed manual, 5 speed AMT which is mated with naturally aspirated engine and the 5 speed CVT which is mated with the turbo engine.High end variants also comes with drive modes - normal, eco and sports.

Conclusion

Hence it's a great car with a lot of lines and edges wrapping around its body from both inside and outside but Renault should seriously work at the front of their cars which are distant brothers of Kwid all the time. Hope it's price will bring smile to our face as well as our pockets.
