Where does Tata lags ??

The great Tata motors is one of the largest automotive company in the world which have its presence in every aspect of  automotive industry starting from commercial vehicles to the high performance ones.

It owns luxury car makers Land Rover and Jaguar which were brought from the Ford motor company in 2008-2009 time period  and had many joint ventures with companies like Fiat, Daewoo and many others.

It is the first company in India to give 5 star crash safety in its cars and giving a greater vision for safer cars in Indian markets but after all this also the company lags in sales as compared to other manufacturers which just thinks about their profits so where does this company which thinks about its customer lags?

Where does it lag?

Tata motors lags in their network of after sales services and showrooms which is just under 1000 in numbers across the country so it makes a difficult choice for customers to get a Tata vehicle because they have to suffer later due to the lack of authorised service outlets.

Another famous allegation against Tata is the behaviour of their outlet employees towards their customers, it is said that  they are very rude towards their customers and this is not just one complaint which is reffered here there are thousands of complaints about their attitude towards Tata.

Another problem with Tata is the delay in renewing the design philosophy which can be easily done by Tata by adding some more efforts and they should also increase the fit and finish quality of interior where their rivals beat them always.

Conclusion

There are really small changes that they have to make in their work and they will grab the large chunk of market easily and when it comes to the employee behaviour matter they should take strict action against the retailer of such outlets where the impression of the company gets affected.
